We are excited to be launching a range of online classes for Adults in 2021 including Ballet, Commercial, Tap, Dance Work Out and Dance Cardio! These will begin in January, with the first block running for five weeks.
Just one class a week can make a significant improvement to your mental health and physical well-being. We'll help you tone up bums and tums, lengthen your lines, and get you feeling bootylicious! Find the right class for you, below:
BALLET - GENERAL BALLET WITH CHARLOTTE
MONDAYS: 7.15-8.00PM
Suitable for adults with little or some experience. This class blends the artistry and technique of ballet with the sculpting effects of pilates and freedom of movement of contemporary. This class caters for beginners to those who have had some previous experience, perhaps from your childhood days! The class aims to strengthen the core, improve posture and develop overall fitness as well as encouraging the joy of movement to beautiful music.

BALLET - ADVANCED WITH KAREN
TUESDAYS: 6.30-7.20PM
Suitable for adults with considerable past experience. This class is recommended for adults who have trained when younger at either a Higher Grade (6-8) or Vocational level. This class is taken by Karen who will work on developing and refining your technical skills as well as strength and flexibility. An unset class with term specific goals that will be delivered along with beautiful music to allow
you to immerse yourself in your learning and forget the stresses and strains of the outside world.

TAP WITH GEORGIA
MONDAYS: 8.00-8.45PM
Suitable for beginners and improvers. Fusing the old with the new this class breaks the mould of regular tap classes - come along and enjoy rhythm tap technique alongside the classic style rounded off with an up-tempo tap routine to encompass all of the skills you have just learned. With this class we will bring Gene Kelly into the modern day with some fancy footwork and brilliant beats.
ADVANCED COMMERCIAL WITH DOUGLAS
TUESDAYS 7.30-8.25PM
Fast and funky this class is suitable for adults with considerable dance experience and combines a dance work out and conditioning section with fabulous routines choreographed by the very talented Douglas!
DANCE WORKOUT WITH DOUGLAS
WEDNESDAYS: 7.30-8.30PM
Here is a style that will keep you fit and funky. A high-energy class using chart and club sounds for an all round body conditioning work out followed by fun funky routines from street dance to Chicago. Learn up to date dance moves and simple routines whilst increasing stamina strength and flexibility.
DANCE CARDIO WITH DOUGLAS
THURSDAYS 7.30-8.00PM
A hard hitting half hour of dance styled cardio. You'll be sweating and working your body to the limit with this combination of high intensity interval training and dance styled exercises.
