TESTIMONIALS
Years of support have truly shaped me to learn life long skills

Danscentre will always have a special place in my heart. The training I received there as a young dancer has stayed with me and given me the grounding, drive and confidence to forge a career in the dance industry. It is a pleasure to maintain strong links with the school and seeing each generation inspire the next has created a sense of family which is very special.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team at Danscentre. I am a teacher myself and I know how much work goes into online learning. You have been forward thinking, responsive and mindful of this whole situation. Your quick response and the dedication of all the teachers was commendable. They did an amazing job!

Danscentre has been very valuable to me, enabling me to gain a work ethic and a level of commitment through the shows, exams and classes- these are skills I will take with me through my life, therefore I am very thankful. My family and I have been really impressed with the maintained level of enthusiasm that you and your colleagues have put in during this difficult time, and I am sure the other pupils can agree with me.

I believe the quality of the experience gained by my two daughters, Ailsa and Shona has been sector leading. Danscentre is all about the education and achievement of children and young people through the medium of dance. So, sending your child to Danscentre isn’t just about learning new steps (although there’s plenty of that), it’s about so much more. The acquisition of key skills, mastery of technique and expression of movement. Both of my daughters have benefited hugely from their learning journeys. It has been so good for their health and well-being and shaped their determination and resilience. This has remained with them into their careers and adulthood. Thank you to the highly professional and dedicated team at Danscentre!

Daisy loves being a part of Danscentre, and the high quality of dance teaching she receives makes the considerable journey from Montrose worthwhile! She has had many wonderful and exciting experiences and opportunities during her time at Danscentre, and is looking forward to many more. The teaching she receives reaches far beyond dance alone and is helping her to develop many skills which will be an asset to her both in her current studies and in the future.
